(Add your own thunderous applause here!) This picture doesn’t do it justice, but it looks great, according to those who saw it… Now all we need is a stage full of student-performers and a packed house!
This is the latest improvement to the Bigelow Auditorium, which started in 2018, and included:
- Storage unit for theatrical sets (Nov 2018)
- Pest extermination (Dec 2018)
- Repairing of steps outside emergency exits (Dec 2018)
- Stage curtains (Jan 2019)
- Free standing spotlights (April 2019)
- House lights (Aug 2019)
- Light board (Oct 2019)
- Wall painting (Dec 2019)
- Ceiling mounted stage lights (Jan 2020)
- Light bar over the stage (Jan 2020)
- Carpet (Feb 2020)
- House curtains (April 2020)
A million thanks to all who helped making this a reality. This was possible thanks to the coordinated efforts of the performance arts teachers, the PoPS, the PTO, and the School Council, as well as the support of Principal Harrison, NPS and all the donations from the Bigelow community. The much needed auditorium improvements are now complete!
