CrossFit KIDS Boston training programs

Still looking for a team sport to fit your child’s health and fitness needs? Give CrossFit KIDS Boston a try.

Our training is done under the CrossFit Kids model and utilizes three modalities: Gymnastics, Cardiovascular Endurance, and Weightlifting. The program is specifically designed to increase the functional movement capacity of each student. During practice we use specific mobility movements to help establish balance and flexibility. We incorporate games and challenging coordination drills that target agility and accuracy. Cardiovascular endurance and stamina are also an integral part of our program. As each athlete progresses we make assessments and start to add strength, power and speed through a safe weightlifting program.
