They’ll teach you about various legal tools to ensure that your child—whether a minor or an adult—will always have a surrogate decision-maker and protection into the future and also discuss the various types of special needs trusts and fiduciary appointments and nominations so you will have enough knowledge to make wise choices for yourself and your children.
