MAKE A MOVE – Winter Weight Loss Challenge January 13  -March 3

It’s the beginning of a new year. Now’s the time to MAKE A MOVE! Get moving, get healthy, get excited!  This 6 week contest is designed to help you kick start your fitness and nutrition so you can achieve those new year’s goals! We are here to help you attain whatever your goal may be – lose weight, gain muscle, reduce stress, eat better, lower blood pressure and cholesterol.  All that PLUS a chance to win a free membership to the Y! Teen Strength (ages 13+)

Our teen strength program is designed to improve athletic performance, coordination and agility -whatever your sport. The program provides teens with a solid foundation in safe, effective training principles with added emphasis on injury prevention. Classes meet  every Wednesday for 7 weeks from 5-6 pm beginning January 15th.
