Personalized Group Training

Functional Fitness 101 for Personalized Group Training:
Do you have joint pain and stiffness? Muscle weakness? Do you want to lose fat and gain strength? Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a new challenge, then this class is for you.

You will learn how your body is supposed to move, improve your range of motion in your load-bearing joints – shoulders, knees, hips, and ankles – in order to build strength and improve flexibility. Using a variety of equipment and your own body weight, you will perform a series of exercises that target your lower and upper body at the same time with an emphasis on core stability.

“I find myself thinking of what Kathryn told me during class — shoulders down and back, squeeze butt and brace core — when I’m vacuuming, picking up my daughter and laundry. I do the chin tuck while I’m driving and hip openers while I’m doing dishes. I no longer have neck and shoulder pain.” – Patty A.

Cost per month — $79/monthly for 1 x weekly sessions and $149/monthly for 2 x weekly sessions. First class is free. Learn more at www.get3gfit.com or contact fitness trainer and owner Kathryn M. Quirk at kathryn@get3gfit.com or 617-875-6003.
