Newton Science Club for Girls: Free Programs for K-8 Girls

Science Club for Girls is a nonprofit organization that increases confidence and literacy in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) for underrepresented girls by using experiential and hands-on learning in out-of-school time clubs by maximizing interactions with female mentor scientists. There are programs in Cambridge, Boston, Brookline, Lawrence, and Newton. For more information about the organization and programs please visit the website.

Science Club for Girls runs Kindergarten – 5th grade clubs and STEMinistas (6th-8th grade) clubs at Pine Manor College on Heath Street, Saturdays from 2:45 – 4:15 pm, beginning the end of September. To apply, please visit the website and click the appropriate program tab at the top!
