Big Night 2018 – Call for Volunteers

We need your help to plan the Big Night 2018.

The Big Night is the Bigelow PTO’s biggest social and fundraising event of the year. It’s an evening of great food and drink, live music and dancing in a wonderful venue, and a silent auction.

Bigelow-on-the-Charles will be on Saturday, March 24th at the Cambridge Boat Club.

But it can only happen with the help of our amazing community and we need volunteers for the organizing committee. We need help for:

  • Decorating
  • Getting food and drinks
  • Setting up
  • Breaking down
  • Soliciting auction items
  • Organizing auction items and bid sheets
  • Marketing and communications
  • And more! Any help is welcome.

We need especially new 6th and 7th grade parents to join the planning committee and become familiar with how the event is run so that it can continue to be a success in the coming years.
