The Newton Community Preservation Committee’s next meeting has been moved from December 14th to December 19th at 7:00 pm in the City Hall Cafeteria, Basement. The CPC will hear the Newton Housing Authority’s request to submit an updated $2.5 million proposal for their Jackson Road/Haywood House (Newton Corner) new senior housing project. A new, future date will be announced for the public hearing on proposed revisions to the program’s funding guidelines, previously scheduled for the December meeting.
